Audit & Risk Insights: Documentation

Welcome to the official documentation for Audit & Risk Insights. This guide will help you get started with your new Jira dashboard gadget.

Getting Started

Navigate to your Jira Dashboard.
Click the ‘Add gadget’ button.
Search for ‘Tech Cachet: Audit & Risk Insights’ and add it to your dashboard.
Click the ‘Edit’ button on the gadget to configure your JQL filter and risk thresholds.

Configuration Guide

The gadget configuration panel allows you to customize the following settings:

JQL Query: Define the issues the gadget should analyze.
Refresh interval: Set how often the data updates.
Visible findings: Control how many risk cards are displayed.
Thresholds: Define when an issue is considered stale, aging, or at SLA risk.

Custom Risk Checks

You can add a custom JQL condition to monitor risk patterns specific to your organization. Once enabled, the gadget will display a custom card alongside standard insights.
