These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Tech Cachet apps for Jira Cloud (including Audit & Risk Insights, Secrets Finder, and other tools), published by Tech Cachet and offered through the Atlassian Marketplace.
By installing, configuring, or using any Tech Cachet app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.
Tech Cachet apps run on Atlassian Forge. They access Jira issue and configuration data to provide analysis, dashboard gadgets, and security scanning features. Our apps operate entirely within the Atlassian infrastructure.
You must have the authority to install Marketplace apps on your Jira Cloud site. You must follow Atlassian account rules and your own internal IT policies.
Subject to a valid Marketplace entitlement (paid subscription or trial), Tech Cachet grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our apps only in your Jira Cloud site(s) for internal business use.
Your right to use our apps ends if you uninstall them, lose Marketplace entitlement, or break these Terms.
When an app is uninstalled, all configuration data stored in Forge Key-Value Store is automatically deleted by Atlassian’s platform. Tech Cachet does not retain customer Jira data after an app is uninstalled.
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TECH CACHET DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TECH CACHET’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ABOUT OUR APPS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO USD $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
